Taller Marmo orders are shipped with DHL from Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm.
Shipping costs are calculated at the check out, once you specify your address details and will vary depending on the diverse characteristics of the items and your destination.
After your order is completed, you will receive first a payment confirmation email and after maximum 24 hours (business days), an email confirming the dispatch of your order and your Air Waybill number to track the shipment.
Taller Marmo uses a fast delivery method that takes 3 business days or less to arrive to destination, counting from the day we dispatch the order.
Free shipping worldwide is applied to selected items or a predefined quantity of items.

TaxesIn order to create a pleasant shopping experience, your order taxes and duties are calculated at the check out and shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the total.
In case we cannot ship your order on DDP basis, we will contact you via email to process the refund of the taxes.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we will always seek your confirmation by email prior to dispatching a DDU order.
On Demand Delivery
DHL offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery address after your order was dispatched. Provide your mobile number at check out to receive an SMS notification. You can reschedule the delivery day, place your order on hold if you are away from home or arrange the collection of your order from a DHL service point.

Purchases shipped to Brazil require a tax ID number (Cadastro de Pessoa Fisica - CPF). To avoid any possible delays, make sure you have this information available when DHL contacts you.
Please note, orders over 2999 USD require formal customs clearance. We recommend that you hire a broker to ensure you comply as your purchase could be confiscated if you fail to do this.

A copy of the following documents must be provided to DHL when shipments arrive to the destinations below:
Saudi Arabia - your Saudi National ID or valid resident permit (Iqama)
Bahrain - your Civil Population Registration (CPR or ID Card)
Qatar - your Qatar Identification Number (QID)
All South Korean postcodes must now be 5 digits.
To avoid any possible delays, make sure your postcode is entered correctly when placing your order.
The Federal Customs Service of Russia calculates customs fees based on the total value of goods imported by each customer within a one month period.
We recommend that you keep track of the orders you place, as in a small number of areas in Russia, if you exceed the monthly import threshold amount, your purchase will be sent back to us. For more information, please contact Customer Care.
For orders over 75 EUR, DHL will need you to provide one of the following pieces of information:
TR ID number (if you are a Turkish citizen)
VAT number (for deliveries to a company address)
Passport number (non-residents)
DHL will contact you for this once your order arrives in Turkey, and your details will be stored for future shipments.
