For orders under $900 we offer an express shipping service through DHL at a flat rate of $50. Taxes and duties are always included in the final price.

- For customers within the UK  we offer an express shipping service through DHL at a flat rate of £50. Taxes and duties are always included in the final price.

 

Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska:

- We're delighted to serve customers in Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska with our dedicated courier service from DHL at a fixed rate of $120. Taxes and duties are always included in the final price.

 

Middle East Territories:

- Taller Marmo is pleased to offer a complimentary express shipping to select Middle East territories, including Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates, for orders over $900. For orders under $900 we offer an express shipping service through DHL at a flat rate of $50. Taxes and duties are always included in the final price.

Return Policy

Return Label and Instructions:

- Inside your package, you will find a return attachable label from DHL, along with detailed return instructions to guide you through the process.

 

Right to Rescind:

- As per Article 52 of the Consumer Code, customers have the right to rescind a purchase within 14 days of receiving the products. To exercise this right, kindly send an email to our Taller Marmo Assistance page.

 

Return Conditions:

- To be eligible for a refund, returned products must be in their original condition, with all labels, tags, and warranty seals intact. Any damage, alteration, or non-compliance with due diligence may result in deductions from the refund.

 

Return Costs:

An amount will be deducted from the refund for each return shipment. The cost that will be held from your reimbursement is based on your destination:
